We create stable, scalable, and boundary-pushing products using AI. And we push the boundaries because we understand the boundaries, having spent our careers testing them. We know what's possible, and it knows no constraint but our imagination.
You get what you get, and you don't get upset.
Much more fun. We got to configure stuff. Everybody gets their own version of the same thing. But we're all still building what's on the box. And you'd best follow the instructions, or you'll end up with Homer Simpson's car.
We're done with the box, and we don't need instructions. We look at what's in front of us and build what you need, nothing more, nothing less. Some of it we make, some we buy in, some doesn't exist yet, so we invent it. AI makes it possible to build with the rigour that used to take a whole design and engineering team.
We've been around a while. Worked in corporates, scale-ups and startups across dozens of industries. Leading, managing, and (always) doing. And along the way we've learned all the things… product, process, UX, tech, commercials, financials, data, and the rest.
We don't think of ourselves as 'founders', that's not even a real word. We're just a couple of mates who work really well together. We've hired each other more than a few times over the years, but you reach a point in your career where you've got a choice of where you work (and who with). So we've pulled together the half-dozen people we'd hire in an instant, the small group of people who kept in touch over the years because they knew they'd do something like this one day. Today is one day, and the Tiger team have assembled.
We've had startups of our own (failed, won, failed again, winning now), and always have a handful of others we support. The thing is, we've realised we enjoy helping other people more than building our own startups. There's more variety in it, and it feels good to take a monkey off somebody else's back. And now we have AI, everything has changed. Game on.
We are what we seem. Easy to talk to and easy to work with. Explain it once, however it comes out. We take it from there.
Then we build the whole damn thing. Just like that. A few weeks later something clean is running where the mess used to be.
